Congratulations on your openness and drive to participate in this challenge!  PLEASE download & READ the four resources below. Resources 1,2 & 3 should be read before your first day. The Supplementary Guide is a resource to be use throughout the 4 weeks and in the future.

Simply click on the resource to open it.  There you can read, print or save it to your computer.

You should receive your products in the mail via UPS the Friday before your first day at the latest. If you do not, contact us immediately.

We recommend immediately beginning taking the multivitamin (The Essentials). There are 2 bottles. Each day you will take 2 tablets from each bottle in the AM and PM. So by the end of the day you will have had 8 total tablets.

Support Calls

There will be a support call on all four Monday’s of the program from 8pm-8:30pm EST.  Call in by 7:55pm for an on time start.  If we need a bit more time for questions we will be open to that if possible.
